Weight Loss with RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer, Week 14 through Week 20

RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer
This is an update on the progress of a patient of ours who has started taking our RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer along with changing his diet.  Our patient is a 44 year old male who works out regularly (about 4-5 times a week), but has he has seen his weight slowly creep up.  He was weighing right at 161 pounds and his clothes were fitting too tight, along with the fact he never gets a good night sleep.  I suggested to our patient that he take our RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops along with modifying his diet to follow our "Approved Foods" list and a Paleo Diet.  This is his progress report from weeks eight through thirteen:

Update for 1-4-2014

This week’s weigh in, 148.2 for a weight loss of 1.2 Lbs.

I’m happy with the weight loss.  Even with New Years I was able to stay on my diet but I did not exercise at all.  So all things considered I am very happy with the weight loss for the week.  My target weight goal is 140 pounds and the more weight you lose the slower the weight loss is.  The reason is, as you lose weight the body becomes more efficient and has less spare fat to work with.

Next week I plan on doing my best to stay on the diet and finally get back to working out.  So we will see if I can lose a bit more weight.

Special update for 1-8-2014

The plan for this week has been disrupted.  Yesterday due to freezing weather a pipe in an apartment above mine broke and ran water for about 3 hours before it was discovered, resulting in my apartment being flooded.  So I am a hotel refugee for an indeterminate amount of time.  I do not have access to a kitchen or any way to prepare or store food.  So this week’s experiment is to see what happens to a person who was on a very strict diet, who suddenly goes off it and starts eating processed/restaurant food.  Saturday I will give my weight gain update as well as any changes in my blood pressure.

For a start date and time of this experiment I will say 6:30 PM January 7, 2014.  That is when I went to my first buffet dinner at the hotel.  Also, since it is free I will be consuming 2 alcoholic beverages an evening.  All of the food and alcohol comes with the room so I might as well make the best of a bad situation!

Saturday update 1-11-2014

I was not able to do an official weigh in this week because my scales are in my apartment.  I am living in a hotel right now while the repair people get the flood water out and begin repairs.  But I have roughly gained 3 pounds since Tuesday.

At first I thought the experiment of abruptly going from a Paleo diet to an average fast/junk food diet would be fun, but I have changed my mind quickly.  After a couple days all the food started tasting the same: Mexican, burgers, chicken, breakfast, lunch, it did not matter.  Then the messed up digestion kicked in, then (I’m not kidding) organs like spleen and kidneys started hurting.  I like a small amount of salt on food that needs it but I was not ready for the food shaped salt I got from the fast food places!

I realize I am in the middle of an emergency situation with my apartment and at some point things will return to normal, but I have decided that this crap food experiment is over.  I do not know how or if it is even possible, but somehow I am going to get back on a proper eating program.  At the least a diet that is not going to kill me!

Sorry for not being positive, but as for next week, I do not have a plan or the slightest idea how it is going to work out.  All I can say is, most likely I will be doing a update.

Sunday update for 1-19 2014

Weigh in, 148.8 for a weight gain of 0.6 Lbs.

This is the first official weigh in I have been able to do in two weeks and I am surprised at how little weight I gained.  Doing the mirror check I was certain I had gained three or four pounds. That just goes to show sometimes what you weigh might be different than what you think you weigh, and why it is good to use both the scales and the mirror.

My short experiment with eating average food, besides being salty and tasteless, showed me that being on a high carbohydrate diet makes you puff up.  Literally you (at least me personally) started looking like the Pillsbury Doughboy.

The diet this week has been on and off.  I was not able to return to my apartment until Wednesday, at which time I immediately went back to eating right.  I think that did a lot to keep me from gaining too much weight, or at least started me back on weight loss.  However on Saturday my place got flooded AGAIN, resulting in me being back in a hotel eating bad food for who knows how many more days.  But this time I have a room with a refrigerator so I should be able to keep some semblance of a decent diet going.

I have some pretty hard goals set for myself this week.  I am going to get back to running my business.  Having no money has definite vacuum properties!  I am going to try to keep eating properly. I am going to try to work out at least three times this week.  I am not expecting any amazing results from any of these goals, but if I can just function through them I will consider it a success.

Looking back one thing I am really happy about is the fact I decided I was healed and quit taking the cholesterol medication.  With all the things I have had to do/endure the last two weeks, if I had still been on the meds (which totally drained me of any energy), I would have been in real trouble.

Update for 1-25-2014

Weigh in was 148 Lbs. for a weight loss of 0.8 Lbs.

Given the circumstances of the last week I am very happy that I was able to lose weight.  After all the flooding, hotels, and bad food I finally got back to my apartment last Monday.  I immediately went back to eating a clean diet and was able to make it to the gym twice.  Thinking about my goals from last week I feel that I did accomplish them.  Not as thoroughly as I had hoped but I got back into the grove of things and I am moving forward.

I will take time this weekend to reevaluate the time frame of my weight loss goals since I essentially lost the month of Jan.  Next week I plan on experimenting with intermediate fasting and I will let you know how that goes.

Update for 2-1-2014

Weigh in was 150.6 lbs. for a weight gain of 2.6 lbs.

The big change for this week was, for the first time since the end of September, I completed a solid week of working out.  I know from personal experience that your body reverses muscle loss quickly so most of the weight change was caused by my body getting the muscles back used to working out.

I do have to say that with a week’s worth of working out after a four month break, every single part of my body hurts.  It’s a good hurt but still it hurts and I am sore as can be.  Next week things should be a lot easier.

However my diet was not that good this week and I did cheat a couple times.  Using the mirror check I think I added a very small amount of body fat but a lot more muscle.  Now that all the disasters of January are behind me I have decided to re-re-start the Paleo challenge.

The goal I am setting for myself is to get my total body weight down to 140 lbs on or before March 31. I am going to a very simple Paleo diet and stick to foods that I know are safe.  Basically since February and March are cold and dark, I am going stay in and work on myself.

Update for 2-8-2014

Weigh in 149.4 Lbs, for a weight loss of 1.2 Lbs.

I am a little disappointed because I was expecting a little more weight loss but as long as the scales are going down who really cares!  Actually, since I re-re-started the Paleo diet last Sunday my body really did not start losing weight till about Wednesday.  Also I did not work out last week because I was not feeling well.

Next week I will keep on the diet and try to make it to the gym.

Saturday update 2-15-2014

Weigh in at 147.4 Lbs, for a weight loss of 2 Lbs.

Wow, I am impressed!!  I did not think I was going to lose that much weight, but as usual, if the scales are going down I will take what I can get.  Although I think some of the weight loss was from muscle atrophy.

This week was a little bit different because of the weather.  I was snowed in from Wednesday morning till Friday afternoon, so I did not get to the gym.  BUT it is really easy to stick to your diet when the only food available to you is what is in your fridge.  Lucky for me I was well stocked on only Paleo food.  Being Saturday and I can leave my house I might have a small steak for dinner tonight.

The plan for next week is to (weather permitting) do a standard five days of working out and still stay on the diet.  Thursday there is a planned dinner with friends so I will have a cheat day next week.

Till next week’s update…

My thoughts on this update from weeks 14 through 20:

The main thing anyone should take from this post is PERSEVERANCE!  Look at all the hurdles and roadblocks our patient had to overcome.  He had to leave his residence TWICE because of pipes bursting.  The last thing on his mind is sticking to a lifestyle of eating clean when dealing with that stress.  He was not able to get in a consistent workout routine with all the turmoil going on.  But one thing that stayed consistent is he did not deviate from his eating lifestyle too much.  In fact, when he did eat that processed garbage his stomach did not approve.  Sometimes it is good to eat like you used to, because you will realize how awful you feel, and it will only reiterate the fact that eating clean makes you feel and look better.

Our patient started at 161 pounds and was not losing any weight prior to starting our RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops and following my "Approved Foods List".  Now he weighs 147.4 pounds and he wants to get down to 140 pounds.  That was probably unthinkable 20 weeks ago, but he has retrained his brain!  He has done a great job and slow and steady wins the race!

Weight Loss with RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer, Week 8 through Week 13

RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer

Update for 11-23-2013

Weigh in 150.4 for a loss of 0.2 Lbs.

This week I am just happy to see the scales go down. However I am starting to suspect my scales are not accurate.

From Friday through last Sunday I was dealing again with the blood pressure medications over medicating me.  Monday I halved the prescription again.  So that is moving in the right direction.  I started at 20 Mg, then went to 10Mg, and now am at 5Mg.  Next stop is 0 for the BP meds.  I know my doctor will not be happy about that.

This last week I did not pay much attention to the diet.  I ate properly but did not really think about the diet or losing weight.  Because of being wiped out on blood pressure meds over the weekend I really never had the energy to go work out, and even after I got the meds straightened out I still did not have any energy until Wednesday.

The reason I am starting to suspect my scales are no longer giving me accurate readings is because of the mirror check and my pants.  The mirror check showed I lost weight around my upper abdomen, as there was more ribs and muscle definition showing.  My pants felt looser and I did finally get to the last hole on my belt.  The scales were cheap so maybe its time to get a new one.

With Thanksgiving next week my goal is to simply maintain my body weight.  So next Saturday we will all find out how well I did.

Update for 12-7-2013

This week’s weigh in 151.2 Lbs. for a weight gain of 0.8 Lbs.

That’s fine because the week before last was Thanksgiving and I was not going to deny myself all the good food that only gets made at that time of year.  Also, I had company for the first part of this last week so I was not really paying too much attention to my diet.

I just remind myself that losing weight and getting into shape is not a sprint it is a marathon. Sometimes your body has a mind of its own and you will have weeks where it does not lose weight or may even gain weight.  Just keep consistent with the diet and correct your errors when you find them.  You will lose the weight but sometimes it will take longer than you would like.

The experiment for next week is to be very consistent with the diet and hopefully get back to a full week of working out.

Update for 12-14-2013

This week’s weigh in, 151.2, giving a zero weight change for the week.

The diet was not great this week.  The holidays are always a very challenging time for one to lose weight so, since I at least did not add any weight, I will accept the results as being “ok” and I will concentrate on eating better and getting more exercise next week.

I was able to work out some but several work related projects prevented me from having a full week of working out.  Hopefully next week will be back to normal hours and I will be able to get back to a normal week of working out.

Update for 12-21-2013

This week’s weigh in was 150.4 for a weight loss of 0.8 Lbs.

I bought new and hopefully more accurate scales this week so there might be small difference between last week’s weight in and this weeks.  Also, with it being the holidays my diet was not that great.  But doing the mirror check I have lost some weight so if I only officially lost 0.8 Lbs I am happy. This does puts me back at my lowest weight since I have been on this diet.

Since next week is a holiday I do not know how well the diet will work out.  I will have to play it by ear. As things change I will most likely make a mid week update.

Update for 12-28-2013

This week’s weigh in is 149.4 Lbs for a weight loss of 1 pound.

Because of all the problems I have had with medications, experimenting with potatoes and all the good foods at Thanksgiving, I decided last Monday to start the "30 Day Paleo Challenge" all over again, as well as no longer taking some of the medications I was prescribed.  So diet wise, for the next month I am going to keep it very basic and just eat foods that I know are allowed on the diet, and staying away from beer.  Well maybe one or two on New Years ;-).

I have been pretty good with the diet this last week which even surprises me since it was a disrupted week, what with Christmas and my birthday.  I’m happy that I have finally started losing weight again as well as finally breaking the 150 barrier that I have been stuck at.  I took the week off from working out because it’s just too difficult with the gym being closed and having short hours.  Besides it was Christmas and my birthday so I did not feel like it. Haha!

Next week will be just as much messed up because of New Years so I will concentrate on eating right, and if I get the chance do some cardio at the gym or find a nice hiking trail. Overall I am going to take next week one day at a time.

Have a happy and safe New Years!

Till next week’s update…

My thoughts on this update from weeks eight through thirteen:

1. I like seeing our patients struggles and success in one post.  This gives you a good picture that losing weight is a process.  You have to be dedicated, and you have to focus on eating properly.  It goes back to my post about "How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off".   Don't worry about looking at the scale everyday to see if you went up or down....just eat clean and let your pants and the mirror be the judge!

2.  Our patient has busted through the 140 handle!  This was the same guy who was at 161 pounds (for over six months) and could not get rid of any weight.  After thirteen weeks on the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer drops and following our "Approved Foods" list he has lost over 12 pounds.  His new goal is 142 pounds and I look forward to helping him get there.

3.  This patient is completely off the blood pressure medication.  Very impressive that he has the resolve and dedication to stay the course.  His hard work is paying off, kudos to him.

4.  One thing I find impressive is the fact this particular patient was not able to consistently incorporate fitness, yet he was able to lose weight.  If anything it points out how important eating clean is in order to lose weight.  Our Metabolic Enhancer drops work extremely well, but the one caveat I would tell anyone is they MUST eat properly.  Otherwise they are wasting their money on buying the Metabolic Enhancer drops or any product for that matter.

Overall I am very happy to see this patient continue to lose weight and now have a "140" handle, as that sounds much better than a "160" handle!  Great job and I look forward to seeing how low we can go!

The RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops are great for people who want to lose weight. BUT, anyone wanting to lose weight must change how they eat in order to have long-term success.  When a person combines fitness as part of their daily life, it is the perfect storm of losing weight and keeping it off.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: Expedite the Healing Process for Athletes

Imagine you are a crossfit athlete (and you are VERY addicted by the way), and you injure yourself and you have to take time off from your beloved sport?  Maybe you are a runner with an injured knee, and you need to rest and you will not be able to do your daily 5 mile run?  Or you are a Professional Football Player who gets paid millions of dollars and your body is continually beaten and pounded each day during the regular season, and your goal is to simply relax and heal during your down time in the most efficient manner possible.  What are you options?

Vataeris 320 Hyperbaric Chamber at RejuvenateYou Office
If you can relate to any of these scenarios one option to consider is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Hyperbaric medicine, also known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, is the medical use of oxygen at a higher than atmospheric pressure. Hyper means increased and baric relates to pressure. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) refers to intermittent treatment of the entire body with 100-percent oxygen at greater than normal atmospheric pressure.  That pressure is defined as one atmosphere absolute (1 ATA). In the ambient atmosphere we normally breathe approximately 20 percent oxygen and 80 percent nitrogen. While undergoing HBOT, pressure is increased up to two times (2 ATA) in 100% oxygen.  This increased pressure, combined with an increase in oxygen to 100 percent, dissolves oxygen in the blood plasma and in all body cells, tissues and fluids at up to 10 times normal concentration.

So what does this mean to someone who has a sports related injury?  By increasing the oxygen in the system this can expedite the healing process of anyone suffering from various athletic injuries.  Numerous professional athletes have turned to the HBOT in order to expedite the healing process.  Administering oxygen at higher pressures causes up to 20 times more oxygen to be absorbed by the blood and transferred to injured organs and tissues (Penn Medicine). This speeds healing and recovery time in addition to other benefits.

NFL Football Player James Harrison is in his 13th year and he attributes his longevity to the HBOT combined with other treatments.  "I'm able to do a lot more weight [lifting]. I'm able to just do a lot more things that my body physically couldn't do because of injury, or whatever it may be."

Olympic Swimmer Michael Phelps was sleeping in a Hyperbaric Chamber for the year prior to the Olympics in 2012:

These are professional athletes who have the means to afford a $20,000 to $75,000 HBOT and utilize it at their home, but what about for the average person?  RejuvenateYou is proud to offer our own Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to anyone in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, or surrounding areas.  Our prices start at $75 for a one hour session of HBOT, with No Initial Consultation Fee.  We have seen impressive results with the average person, amateur athlete, and professional athlete who have utilized HBOT.  Moreover, HBOT is widely popular as an adjunct with with one of our IV Therapies (i.e. Vitamin C IV, Myers Cocktail, IV Ozone).

For more information on hyperbaric oxygen therapy for anyone dealing with a sports injury or chronic pain and live in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, or Sarasota area feel free to call us at (941) 448-1199. Weight Loss with RejuvnateYou Metabolic Enhancer, 7 Week Update

This is his progress report through seven weeks:
Update 11-16-13
Weight in 150.6, for a loss of 0.
I don’t know what to say my diet was the same as last week and I exercised 4 out of 5 days last week.  The only possibility I can think of is the old gym saying.  Some weeks you add muscle at the same rate or faster than you lose fat, so weeks with no weight loss or even weight gain are possible while you are working to get into shape.  However for me this week the mirror check didn’t really show any change.  Yes I am very disappointed but I am not discouraged.  I am going to continue with the diet and exercise and just see what the results are next week.
My Thoughts for this week:

1. We are getting to the point that the weight is getting harder to come off.  This is where you have to continue to focus on the “Fundamentals” and remember what got you here.  The last thing you do is give up.  If anything you become more determined and continue on the path that has worked.  Even though he did not lose any weight this week, he has STILL lost 11 pounds over seven weeks which was better than he had done the prior six months.  Some perspective always helps.
2. I also told this particular weight loss patient that we are probably getting to the point that the scale becomes useless.  Lean muscle is denser, thus it’s possible you can work out, and your weight stays the same or actually goes up.  This is where the mirror test means more than the scale.  But for our purposes of documentation this weight loss patient is weight every week.
RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex
3. This weight loss patient will be doing his labs and bloodwork and he will be able to compare his numbers to three months earlier, which I can not imagine anyway how his numbers will not be substantially better.  One thing he mentioned is that the medication he is on might have to be lowered again because of the weight loss.
4. This patient is now taking the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops and RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex.  The good news is there is nothing wrong with his energy levels now (at least there was no mention of it).  We will see what next week brings him.

Weight Loss with RejuvnateYou Metabolic Enhancer, 6 Week Update

RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops
This is his progress report through six weeks:

Update 11-09-13

Weighed in at 150.6 Lbs, for a weight loss of 0.8 Lb. for the week.
This week’s results were disappointing and confusing but not discouraging.  The scales are still going down so I will take the weight loss.  I have to keep reminding myself that I did not put on 20 pounds in two months so I should not expect to lose the weight in two months.
This week I was finally able to get the blood pressure medication adjusted and had the energy to make it to the gym for cardio workouts three times.  Hopefully next week I will have the energy to get back to a full week of working out.
Weeks with poor results are why I use the scales and mirror check.  The scales said I had lost 0.8 Lbs, but looking in the mirror I lost a noticeable amount of visible weight from my hip area and upper legs.
Next week I will try to be more aware of what I eat as well as portion size.  So we will see how the experiment progresses.
Till next weeks update…

A couple of things to point out from our patient's six week update:

1. He continues to see results as his weight continues to go down. Prior to starting the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer drops and following our "Approved Foods" list this patient had been stuck at 161 pounds for six months and couldn't lose any weight. Now he is approaching 11 pounds of weight loss in six weeks....that is fantastic!

2. Slow and steady wins the race. I like his attitude that he cannot expect all the weight to come off in two months. Typically I tell our weight loss patients to not look at the scale. Just focus on eating properly and the weight will come off. It is a marathon, not a sprint in order to be successful at losing weight.

3. It is fantastic to hear when our patients have success losing weight, and that translates into changing their life for the better. I love hearing about someone lowering their medication. The medication was messing up this particular patient's energy levels, and by changing the amount he was taking it has made a dramatic improvement. I hope he continues to have success and we get him off the medications altogether, which is pretty common when our weight loss patients have success.

RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex
4. This patient started taking our RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex drops to help him with his energy levels. He just started the B Vitamin Complex on Saturday (11/8/13) so he cannot speak on what effect it is having on him. Hopefully by next week he has some feedback for the readers.

5. Reading about this patients success reminds me of this story I read in Business Insider titled, "6 Charts that show how the war on fat was a gigantic mistake". The diet that our patient follows is based off our "Approved Foods" list which takes alof of cues from the Paleo Diet. The reason why our patient is having success losing weight and getting off medications is because he is eating protein and fats, cutting out complex carbohydrates, processed foods, and sugars from his diet.

Weight Loss with RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer, 5 Week Update

This is his progress report through five weeks:

Update 11-2-13:

I lost 1.2 pounds for the week.  Given the circumstance of the week I think that is fantastic!

I am on blood pressure medication and because of all the weight I have lost the last month I was slowly getting too much medication.  Some people don’t know this but medications are prescribed to a patient by body weight.  Readers might look back and see my comments from previous updates where I commented on not having any energy.  This week it all came to a head and I literally did not have the energy to do anything.  I did not work out at all.  The only exercise I got was walking to my car.

Yesterday I saw my doctor and got everything fixed, I hope.  So the 1 pound I lost was solely because of the paleo diet.  Next week I hope to get back to working out and I am looking forward to finding out if I lose weight at a faster rate.

An important lesson for people to learn from my mistake.. If you are on any medications and begin to lose a large amount of weight be very aware of how those medications affect you.  Because of the weight loss you might slowly become over medicated.

Diet wise I added Paleo beef stew to what I was eating.  It was expensive costing around $20 to make but I got 7 lunches out of it so, per meal, it was not very expensive at all.  This is a Paleo 2.0 recipe and it did include white potatoes.  It tasted really good, and with the cold weather was really satisfying.

Until next week's update.

A couple of things to point out from our patient's five week update:

1. Our patient lost 1.2 pounds for the week.  Looking at the bigger picture he has lost 10 pounds in five weeks, which equates to 2 pounds of weight loss per week.  Moreover, this patient was STUCK at 161 pounds for the past six months and couldn't get the weight off.  When you put all these factors into play you realize losing 10 pounds in five weeks is fantastic work on his part!

2.  This particular patient went to see his doctor and told the doctor he lost 10 pounds in five weeks and the doctor's only response was, "Because of the diet?".  The patient corrected her and said it's more of a lifestyle change, not a fad diet.  The doctor did not ask any questions about how he was eating or the success he was having.  Not sure why the doctor was so apathetic, but I would guess the doctor is clueless because the patient is having success losing weight without the doctor's input and the patient using synthetic medication.  The one good thing that came from this meeting is his doctor has cut his blood pressure medication in half because of his weight loss.  Hopefully that helps this patient with his lack of energy issues.

RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex
3. Following-up on the last point, when you see changes in your lifestyle and you see the positives and how it effects your well being, don't let anyone alter your path.  If friends or family are not encouraging, then limit their input.  This particular patient has lost 10 pounds of weight and feels better, so who cares if anyone thinks this "diet" does not work.  Proof is in the pudding....so long as the pudding is Paleo friendly!

4. The patient bought another month of RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer along with one month of RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex to help with his energy issues.  I will keep you posted on his progress with his energy as we go forward.

Weight Loss with RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer, 4 Week Update

This is his progress report through four weeks:

Update 10-26-13

Weigh in… 152.4 for a weight loss of 1.2 Lbs.  Not great, not bad, but the scales are still going in the right direction so I will take it.  I am not disappointed because I know that the more weight you lose and the closer you get to your goal the slower you lose weight.  I just have to remind myself that calorie wise that is still essentially the same as cutting out a meal a day.
I did not have any energy this week, maybe because the weather turned real cold all of a sudden or maybe the fact I am still struggling with smoking.  Also I have been working really long hours at the office.  No matter what by the end of every day it has been a real struggle to try to make it to the gym.   Being that tired I am surprised that my sleeping patterns have actually gotten worse.  Maybe because I have been working out very hard and my body has been losing a lot of weight it’s just wearing me out and I need to take more time to let my body adjust to what all is going on with it.  Either way I have to wonder about the metabolism boosting effects of those drops.  The drops definitely suppress appetite but I need an energy boost.

Subsequently I only worked out twice and did not do any cardio last week.  The times I did work out I went from machines to free weights so, with a change up like that, recovery time was a lot longer.

I did change my diet some..  I made that shrimp dish and had it for lunch the entire week which was a great break from the chicken wraps I had been eating previously.  Thursday and Friday I had chicken salad for dinner because I was really getting tired of salmon.
Using the mirror check I did not notice any body change so that leads me to suspect I am finally starting to lose weight from my abdomen.  I seem to have lost a very small amount from my waist line which would easily account for the pound and change of weight loss. Anyways I am still losing weight faster then I was before.

Till next weeks update…

Here are a couple of my thoughts on our patient's progress:

1. Our patient is approaching 10 pounds of weight loss for the month.  He was stuck at 161 pounds and not seeing any results prior to changing his diet and starting the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer Drops.  His results are fantastic!

RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex
2. Now we are approaching the point where the results could be slower in coming.  It's almost to the point where you don't look at the scale.  Ultimately it's a matter of how you feel and how you look.  If the scale does not move or the number goes up slightly, but you have a leaner and toner shape, so be it!

3. There are a number of factors that can effect energy levels and weight loss (i.e. diet, stress, hormones, etc.)  But for this particular patient he has seen fantastic results with the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer to help him lose weight.  For the next month he is going to take the RejuvenateYou Metabolic Enhancer along with the RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex.  The RejuvenateYou B Vitamin Complex should help aid him with energy production, deal with mental and physical stress, and promote a healthy metabolism.
